Lorven does not warrant that the Services will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or third-party software, and we are not liable for any technical issues or incompatibilities arising from your use of the Services on your device.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LORVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF LORVEN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory. The total aggregate liability of Lorven to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100) in the aggregate, or the amount you paid to Lorven for the use of the Services (if any), whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Lorven's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by Lorven's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

8.1 Term Updates
Lorven may update or modify these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or the Services. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation between you and Lorven. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, United States of America, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
